Maintain state tags in Alliances.
Import a capture.
Review OCR readings against the source.
Resolve names against the roster and aliases.
Publish reviewed results.
Zero scores remain recorded results, but do not count as activity.
Reviewed captures and saved history available to your account. Captures may be partial; missing players do not establish non-attendance. Zero scores are registration records.
Performance analytics
Only reviewed rows linked to a Player ID are counted. A zero score is registered but not active. “No score recorded” is a follow-up list, not proof of absence when a capture is partial.

Match player names
Compare extracted names with Main Alliance and Name_Matrix. AI sends each unresolved name and its small candidate shortlist to local Ollama first, then uses OpenAI only when Ollama cannot suggest a candidate. Scores, source images, full OCR output and the full roster stay here. Approve suggestions individually.
Confirm saves this result as reviewed and opens the next pending entry. Edits save automatically. Changing a field returns the row to pending. A name alone does not confirm a player ID.
Publishing writes reviewed results to the shared panel_results tab. Existing bot sheets remain unchanged. Configure the connection on the server using the setup guide.
Restore Panel data
Compare the shared panel_results backup with this server. A restore fills missing Player IDs and recreates missing Panel rows or captures. Existing scores and conflicting identities are never overwritten.
Name matching
Storage & access
Review rows and archived CSVs stay on this server. Accepting a completed review removes its uploaded and generated image/video evidence after verifying the files are gone. Back up the data folder while the panel is stopped. Account and HTTPS settings are configured on the server.
Users
Main Alliance is the source of truth for roster membership and Panel access. Managers may edit lower ranks in their own alliance. Access changes revoke the affected user’s sessions.
